Discussion Questions (for small groups or reflection)

What are some ways you personally experience hope during difficult times?

How does the hope we have in Christ differ from hope in circumstances, achievements, or other people?

Read Luke 1:1–4 and Isaiah 9:2. What promises of God give you hope this Advent?

How can we practically share hope with those around us in this season?

Reflect on a time when waiting on God brought about a greater hope than you expected.
